Canada Canadian officers arrest German female with 10 kilos of heroin at
airport
On September 18, 2005, a 31-year-old female was
arrested at the Pearson International Airport after CBSA officers discovered more than 10 kilos of heroin in
her suitcase. The drugs, worth an estimated $4 million, were hidden in the false bottoms of her luggage. The
German national was on a flight from Brazil.
She was arrested and turned over to the Royal
Canadian Mounted Police.
