Over 3 kilograms of Heroin seized by Mexican authorities
As a part of the combat against drug trafficking,
Federal Investigations agents of the Attorney General's Office (PGR), assigned to the Regional Head Office in
the state of Sinaloa, arrested two people for possession of over three kilos of
heroin.
The seizing took place during a search at a
residence on Enrique Moreno street 1030, between the streets of Fray Bernardino de Sahagún
and Fernando B. Hijar, in the Guadalupe Victoria neighborhood, Culiacán,
Sinaloa.
After a thorough inspection of the place, the
A.F.I. agents arrested Víctor Alfonso Sicairos Beltrán and Evangelina Beltrán
Beltrán, from whom they seized 12 packages, with a total of three kilos 300 grams of
heroin.
The drug and the detainees were placed at the
disposal of the Federal Public Ministry agent in the state, who is completing the investigations.
