Sheriff's Office arrest a subject for having 175 kilograms of cocaine, 18 pounds of marijuana, guns and $494,860

The Guilford County Sheriff's Office Vice/Narcotics Unit served a search warrant at 5838 Old Randleman Road and seized 175 kilos of cocaine (385 pounds) and 18 pounds of marijuana. In addition, $494,860 and 3 guns were also recovered.  Gilberto Rueda Carranza was arrested.
