$553,950 dollars seized from a Commercial vehicle on Interstate 10

On March 6, 2008 an Officer from the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Bureau of the DPS, stopped a commercial truck on I-10. When searching the vehicle officers found $553,950 US Dollars hidden in the back wall of the sleeper berth. The money was seized and the driver was released after he claimed no knowledge of the money.
