4 Ounces of Heroin seized during a traffic stop in Alabama

On March 15, 2008 Alabama State Troopers stopped a 2008 Saturn for speeding.  State Troopers searched the vehicle and found four ounces of heroin inside the vehicle.  Byron Collins, 37 was arrested and taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
