Couple arrested for cultivating and growing marijuana outdoors

On August 11, 2008, the Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop F Eradication Team conducted an investigation that led to the arrest of Kenneth D. Hendren, age 50, and Deana L. Hendren, age 47, for cultivating and growing marijuana outdoors. The officers had noticed the 29 cultivated plants near the residence. The couple was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, cultivation of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
