Department of Public Safety seize 225 pounds of marijuana on I-10

On August 18, 2008 an Arizona department of Public Safety Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on I-10. When the officer got to the vehicle he could sent the strong smell of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. When the officer searched the vehicle, 10 bales of marijuana were found weighing 225 pounds. The driver Carlos R. Garcia , 29 years of age, was arrested and received several drug charges.
