Arizona DPS detectives along with DEA take down a Drug Lab

On February 26, 2009, Detectives of the Arizona DPS along with DEA agents and officials of the Maricopa County High Intensity Drug Traffic area (HIDTA) task force executed a search warrant on a home in Casa Grande, Arizona. Once inside detectives found hydroponic marijuana grow operation with 30 plants in different stages of growth. Also found inside were a MDMA (Ecstasy) lab and 16 psilocybin mushroom plants being cultivated and grown. All the drugs and equipment were seized along with two vehicles and a shotgun. Timothy Lipson being 33 years of age and his wife Angelica Cruz-Lipson 34 years of age, were arrested and received several drug related charges. Mr. Lipson had been living at this residence for close to 10 year and was believed to be running this operation for some time.
