300 pounds of marijuana were found on the back seat of pickup truck.

On March 8, 2009 an Arizona DPS Officer stopped a 2006 Dodge pickup truck on I-10 for unsafe lane change, when the officer approached the driver he noticed the bundles of marijuana on the back seat. The driver Severo Torres, 26 years old and the passenger Luis Lopez Vega 28 years of age, were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana for sale and transportation of marijuana for sale. The total amount of marijuana seized was 300 pounds.
