Arizona DPS Officers find $80,7786 in a pickup truck`s gas tank.

On June 9, 2009, an Arizona Department of Public Safety Officer stopped a 2002 Dodge pickup for speeding at 1-17 near Cordes Junction. While searching the truck, officers found $80,786 wrapped in food saver bags inside the fuel tank. The driver Israel Fonseca Lopez, 28 years of age, was traveling from Oregon to Mexico. Fonseca Lopez was arrested and charged with Suspicion of Money Laundering.
