Hervert Bautista-Hernandez was arrested with 17.45 kilos of cocaine

On August 17, 2009 an Arizona DPS Officer stopped and arrested
Hervert Bautista-Hernandez, the driver of a 2000 Ford Mustang for exceeding 85 miles per hour on I-10 outside of Quartzsite, Arizona.  
Bautista-Hernandez was paced at 110 miles per hour.  During the
vehicle inventory, the officer noticed indicators of criminal activity
and requested a canine.  A canine officer from the Quartzsite Police
Department responded.  “Rocky” a narcotic detector canine,
positively alerted to the driver’s side fender and passenger’s side
door.  As a result of the search, 16 bundles of cocaine weighing
approximately 17.45 kilograms were found.
