Unlawful purchase or transport with a minor, penalty
1. A person commits the crime of unlawful purchase or transport of a controlled
substance with a minor if he knowingly permits a minor child to purchase or
transport illegally obtained controlled substances.
2. Unlawful purchase or transport of a controlled substance with a minor is a
class B felony.
