Missouri 195.195

Regulations, authority to promulgate, where vested

The authority to promulgate regulations for the efficient enforcement of sections 195.005 to 195.425 is hereby vested in the director of the department of health and senior services subject to the provisions of subsection 1 of section 195.030 and chapter 536, RSMo. The director of the department of health and senior services is hereby authorized to make regulations promulgated under sections 195.005 to 195.425 conform with those promulgated under the federal Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970.
