Missouri 195.226

Unlawfully providing materials for production of a controlled substance, penalty.

1. No person shall provide any reagents, solvents or precursor materials used in the production of a controlled substance as defined in section 195.010 to any other person knowing that the person to whom such materials are provided intends to use such materials for the illegal production of a controlled substance.

2. Any person who violates the provisions of subsection 1 of this section is guilty of a class D felony.
