Delivery or manufacture of an imitation controlled substance, penalty.

1. It is unlawful for any person to deliver, possess with intent to deliver, manufacture with intent to deliver, or cause to be delivered any imitation controlled substance.

2. A person who violates this section is guilty of a class D felony.
