Missouri 195.292

Prior drug offenders--unlawful distribution to a minor or unlawful purchase or transport with a minor--imprisonment for.

Any person who has pleaded guilty to or been found guilty of a violation of section 195.212 or 195.213 shall be sentenced to the authorized term of imprisonment for a class A felony which term shall be served without probation or parole if the court finds the defendant is a prior drug offender.
