Other duties "El Dimas" was in charge of was to move drugs (Marijuana primarily) from the State of Michoacán to Baja California in Tractor trailers that had shipments of avocados and peppers.
The Federal Police began this investigation after a series of threats that came after the President declared war on organized crime and several arrest were made as well as large money seizures made from the Pacific Cartel by the army.
